Studio Nine Boudoir came about after a friend of David's approached him for a different style of photo session, she wanted to do a boudoir set as a gift for her fiancé before their wedding. Not unfamiliar with boudoir photography and being a good friend, he took on the project knowing the experience would be a good one, but neither were prepared for the incredible feelings and emotions that came when she saw her photos for the first time.

The stunned silence was concerning at first, then came the "Holy [expletive]! I love these!" Later she would tell him that with two "veeery attractive" older sisters, growing up she had some problems with self-confidence and was always just "ok" with how she looked. If you've read about David I’m sure you see where things went from there. While she laughed through teary eyes (yeah, dramatics) David recognized the moment for him in seeing how much they loved their photos.
