“My mind was quickly put at ease when I met David and his fiancé who assisted. He was not only friendly and easy going, but very professional the entire time. I appreciated his process that helped me relax, I’d definitely recommend him.”

What You Can Expect

Portfolio_001_ (1)_edited.jpg

The ability to go into situations knowing what to expect lets you take some, if not a lot of the stress and nervousness off your shoulders, and truthfully, we want to avoid any anxiety especially the day of, because the camera captures everything. If you’re anything like me, my motto is,

I can handle just about anything

as long as I know what I’m dealing with”.

Many boudoir photographer will have you show up, push you through a number of poses, then you’re on your way with what are often “ok” photos. With your experience there will be nothing "cookie cutter" about it. This is often something you’ll only do once, so we’ll strive to create a lasting memory that you’ll remember fondly.

Consent, Privacy, Communication, Professionalism, and Comfort are some

of the things you can expect when you book your boudoir session with us.

I get it, choosing a boudoir photographer is one thing, being comfortable with a male photographer is another. A peer will sometimes take her shirt off when she feels her client is feeling shy or exposed to help them relax some. Obviously, I can't do that, but I would if I could if it helped you be more comfortable. What I can do is suggest some things to do to help with...

COMFORT

Though I am a male boudoir photographer, I work with an all-female staff, and there will always be a female assistant present during your boudoir experience. Making sure you are in a comfortable environment is the first step to having a great boudoir experience. Choosing your own music can set a relaxed tone, if having someone there with you (we’ll touch on this a little more) helps this process, you are welcome to invite a friend to come along. Better yet, if you book a session with a friend, you both can save on your session cost!

PRIVACY

From the moment you book your boudoir experience, as well as during and after your session your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Your session will not be discussed between anyone who is not directly involved, your photos will never be used or shown without your written permission, and your online gallery is password protected.

COMMUNICATION

I work to keep a completely transparent dialog open between the two of us, I want you to feel comfortable to share your ideas, suggestions, and feelings about your boudoir session, and more importantly I want you to know that you can say if you are not feeling something, I want you to let me know.

CONSENT

The number one, and most important part of you being comfortable during your experience is knowing that nothing happens without you being ok with it. In addition, there may be moments when a slight adjustment of an arm or hair might be needed, I will always ask for your permission before any making physical contact, no matter how slight, and “No” is ALWAYS an acceptable answer.

PROFESSIONALISM

You are a person, not just a client. Above all I am and will be a professional, you will be treated with respect and consideration for the space you’re in and any concerns you may have. There will be a female staff member present at all times during your experience.
